Aadi Fashion

Our shop, Aadi Fashion, is tucked away in Udyog Kendra-1 at unit B-29. If you know the area, it is mostly industrial blocks and a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. We have been in this specific unit for several years now. It is a functional space, nothing pretty to look at, with concrete floors and high ceilings that echo whenever someone drops a tool or a heavy box. We spend most of our time at the cutting tables or checking the stitching on the latest batch of garments. The air is always a bit thick with lint and dust from the fabrics, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you will just find us in the back working through a stack of patterns or talking to the suppliers on the phone. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making tea when the weather gets a bit chilly. Most of our days are spent just making sure the machines are running and the orders are packed correctly. It can get pretty hectic when a big shipment is due, but we usually manage to get everything sorted by the end of the week. It is just honest work in a noisy part of town, and we are fine with that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy.
