D S Constructions Limited, Delhi operates out of House No. C-443 in Sector Beeta I. Greater Noida is a bit different from the main city, with more space but also its own set of headaches. We’ve been set up here in this house for some time. It’s a practical arrangement. We don’t need a high-rise office to do what we do. Working out of UP means dealing with local rules and making sure our guys are where they need to be. Most of our time is spent looking at drawings or figuring out why a delivery is late. It’s honest work. The sector is quiet enough, which helps when we have to focus on the numbers. We aren't here to impress anyone with big speeches or fancy branding. It’s more about the actual building part. Sometimes the water is an issue or the internet acts up, but we manage. Being in Sector Beeta I keeps us close to the newer projects coming up in this part of town. We just handle the construction side of things without making a big fuss about it. We’ve had good days and bad ones, just like any other shop. People around here know us as the ones who are always busy with something. We try to be fair and just do the job we said we’d do. It’s simple enough when you think about it. It keeps us busy and out of trouble most of the time.
