Epcos India Private Limited

We have been here in Noida at Epcos India Private Limited for a good bit now. It is just a regular office building where things get done every day. You know how it is in this part of town, the traffic can be a real headache in the mornings but once you get inside and settle down at your desk it is alright. We do not have any fancy waterfalls in the lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to keep up with their schedules. Some of us have worked here for years and others are fairly new, so it is a bit of a mix. We spend a lot of time on our technical tasks because that is what the company does. At lunch, most people head out to get something quick or sit in the small break area to chat about whatever is on the news. It is not some high-tech dreamland, just a place where we put in the hours and try to do things right. The air conditioning works most of the time which is a blessing during the Noida summers. Sometimes things get busy and stressful, especially when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it together. There is no big secret to how we operate, we just come in, do the work, and go home to our families when the day is finished.
