You can find us at G-084, UPSIDC, Site-V, in Kasna - II. It’s right in the heart of the industrial belt of Gautam Budh Nagar. Being at Baimish Techno Systems Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery from the neighboring units. The office part is just a small section of the building where we handle the technical side of the systems we work on. It’s a long trek for most of us to get out here every day, but this is where the space is. The walls are a plain off-white and there’s usually a calendar from three years ago still hanging up somewhere. We spend our time looking at diagrams and trying to make sure all the parts fit where they are supposed to. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit; most of us just wear old jeans and shirts that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. The canteen nearby serves decent dal, which is what we usually have for lunch. There’s a lot of metal and wire lying around the workshop area. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the task at hand. We aren’t really interested in fancy presentations; we just want the systems to work like they are intended. The evenings are quiet out here once the other factories close up and the trucks start heading out.
