We've been at K-121 in the UPSIDC Industrial Area for a while now. Kasana is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to their units. Alight Electronics is just one of those spots where there's always something being put together or tested. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical workspace where the focus is on the electronics. You see trucks moving in and out of the industrial area all day long. The dust can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just how it is here. Most of us have gotten used to the noise of the machines and the general hum of the Kasana area. Inside, things are organized but it feels lived-in. We have benches covered in tools and parts. It's a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like some big corporate machine. It’s mostly just people who know what they’re doing with circuits and boards. Getting here is easy enough if you know the turns in the industrial estate. We usually spend our lunch breaks talking about the work or just taking a bit of a breather before getting back to the assembly. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a flashy reception desk. If you walk in, you'll probably just see someone busy with a soldering iron or looking at a blueprint. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here at K-121 in Kasana, and we like it that way.
