Acc Concrete Limited, Holcim

You can find our office at E310 in the Delta First area of Greater Noida. It is a bit of a different setup here compared to the big noisy plants, as this is where a lot of the administrative side of things for Acc Concrete and Holcim happens. Greater Noida has expanded so fast, and being in UP gives us a lot of ground to cover. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and talking to clients who are building in the surrounding sectors. It gets quite busy during the peak construction months when everyone wants their concrete at the same time. The air out here in Delta First can get quite dusty because of all the nearby work, but we are used to it. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the paperwork matches what is happening on the sites. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to deal with it and keep moving. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We have seen this part of the NCR grow from almost nothing to a huge city, and we have been right here in the middle of it all.
