Out here at Plot No. 69 in the Gozariya Gidc in Mehsana, life follows a pretty steady rhythm. P G Patel isn't some big corporate setup; it’s just a place where we show up every morning and get to work. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mehsana. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid structure that keeps the rain off the equipment and gives us a place to handle our business. Inside, it’s mostly tools, some parts lying around, and a few desks tucked into the corner where the paperwork gets piled up. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting down. The neighbors in the Gidc are mostly doing the same thing, so there’s a lot of noise from machines and people shouting to be heard over the hum. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent cup of tea when we take a break. It's a small team here, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. If the phone rings and the person who usually answers is busy, someone else just picks it up. We don't worry too much about titles or fancy ways of talking. It’s just about getting the job finished so we can go home.
