Our place, Aashinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd., is at Unit 13 in Maldi Estate. It’s right near Keshav Granite, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The estate is always buzzing with activity, trucks coming in and out, and the sound of heavy machinery from the neighbors. Inside our unit, it’s mostly metal shavings and the smell of cutting oil. We have a few lathes and milling machines that are almost always running. It gets pretty loud, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the shop floor. We handle a variety of engineering parts and custom jobs. It’s not always clean, and there’s usually a pile of scrap in the corner waiting to be hauled away. We’ve got a small crew of guys who really know their stuff. We don't bother with much paperwork beyond what’s necessary for the taxes and the orders. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially when parts don't arrive on time, but we manage. Maldi Estate is a practical place to be, and it suits the kind of work we do every day. We don't have a big corporate culture, we just work hard and try to get the orders out of the door before the sun goes down. There is no marketing here, just the sound of tools and the math.
