The Tiwari Industrial Estate is where we spend the bulk of our week. We are at unit number three, right on Ram Mandir Road. It is a busy place with a lot of noise coming from the other units nearby. You can hear trucks backing up and the sound of iron shutters opening early in the morning. Our space is mostly filled with boxes and crates. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where the paperwork gets done, though it usually has a coffee mug or two sitting on it. The air always smells a bit like diesel and old cardboard. It is not the kind of place you would come for a quiet chat, but it works for what we do. We have been here for a while now and know most of the guys working in the neighboring units. Sometimes we share a tea during the afternoon break. The light in here isn't the best, just some overhead tubes that flicker every now and then. We don't have fancy decorations or a lobby for people to wait in. If you show up, you are likely to find us moving things around or checking the inventory lists. Ram Mandir Road stays pretty congested with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home. It is just a regular trading spot where we keep our heads down and get the job done.
