Rattan Hospital

Rattan Hospital is sitting right there on Old Dana Mandi Road. If you stand in front of the Govt Girls Sr. Sec. School, you just look across and there we are. We have been in this spot for quite a bit now. The building isn't fancy or anything, but it does what it needs to do for the folks around here. Most of the staff live nearby, so they know the neighborhood pretty well. Mornings get a bit hectic because of the school traffic and people coming in early to get their names down. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something to fix or someone to talk to. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people who come here have heard about us from their neighbors or just saw the sign while they were walking to the market. The rooms are basic, and we keep the chairs in the waiting area as clean as possible, though they get a lot of use. It’s a local place. Sometimes the electricity acts up on this road, but we manage with the backup. We just focus on getting people seen and sent home with what they need. It’s not a complicated setup, just a hospital trying to help out the local crowd in this part of town. We’ve seen many families grow up here over the years.
