Vclassic Realinfraland Private Limited is located right near the old bus station in Deoria, on the road that goes toward Gorakhpur. If you know the area, you know it stays crowded with people coming and going from the buses all day long. Our office is a simple place where Sanjay Kumar Jha and the rest of us handle the daily business. It’s often dusty outside because of the road work and the buses, but we keep the inside decent enough for meetings. We deal with land and infrastructure projects mostly. People from the nearby villages and the town itself stop by to ask about plots or how the new developments are coming along. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, it is just us answering questions and showing people around different sites when we have the time. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, especially with how slow things move in local offices, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been in Deoria for a while and we’ve seen the road change a lot over the years. We just try to give people honest information without all the complicated talk you get in the big cities. It’s a busy life here near the station, and there is always someone new walking in with a question about a piece of land they saw down the road. That is basically our day-to-day routine.
