Twenty Four By Seven Recharge & Travel Point

Tucked away in Kumhar Gali, near the Gita Press area in Basantpur, you can find our little shop. The name says Twenty Four By Seven Recharge & Travel Point, though we do have to sleep sometimes. Mostly, we are here during the regular hours when the market is busy. People from the Mutnaza area drop in for all sorts of small things. Maybe their phone credit ran out or they need to send some money. We also handle travel bookings because in a place like Gita Press, everyone is always moving around. It is a bit of a tight space inside, especially when three or four people are waiting at the counter at once. We’ve got the usual setup—cables everywhere, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of notebooks. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here in the lane. We started doing recharges because it’s something everyone needs, and then added the travel part because people kept asking for help with bus tickets. It is a practical business. We don't use big words or try to be something we aren't. We just sit here, help the neighbors with their recharges, and book a few trips when they ask. It gets noisy in the alleyway, but that’s just how life is in this part of Gorakhpur. We’re just glad to be a part of the local routine here.
