Tulsi Surgical Devices Pvt. Ltd. has its main office over at No. 16 Alahdadpur Chowk. This part of town is always crowded, and the noise from the street never really stops until very late at night. We have been here for a while now, and everyone around the chowk knows where we are. The building is simple, and we use most of the space to store various surgical tools and devices that doctors use. It’s a lot of metal and plastic tucked away in drawers and on high shelves. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. People who need things just come by the desk, tell us what they are looking for, and we find it for them in the back. The air gets a bit stuffy in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit there with the doors open to get a breeze. We have a small crew here, and we’ve all worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just focus on keeping the stock levels right and making sure the deliveries are packed securely so nothing breaks on the bumpy roads. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the location because it’s central to everything we need.
