We operate out of No. 336 in Ward No. 4, over in the Bhatwalia area of Deoria. It's a pretty standard building, nothing that really stands out if you are just driving past. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The workspace is mostly taken up by boxes and whatever stock we have for the week. We handle a bit of everything depending on what's in demand around town. It is a lot of manual labor, moving things around and making sure the counts are right. We aren't a big company with fancy software. Most of our records are kept in old ledgers that are starting to get a bit worn at the edges. The team is just a few local guys who know the area well. We don't spend money on fancy uniforms or shiny office furniture. We’d rather just get the work finished so we can go home to our families. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about the news. Other days, it feels like we can't move fast enough to keep up. It is a very normal way to run a business in a place like this. We know the people in the ward and they know us. There is no need for big speeches or marketing. We just stay at our post and do what needs doing every single day.
