Siya Laabh Nidhi Limited is situated in the Basantpur Madarsa area of Gorakhpur. Specifically, we are at 53/T-3/9, which is the home of Ram Naryan Gupta’s wife. It’s a residential area, so it’s very quiet and comfortable for our members. We started this Nidhi to help people in the Gorakhpur community have a reliable place for their savings. It’s not a high-rise office. It’s a ground-floor space where you can just walk in and see us sitting at our desks. We have some basic office gear, a few chairs, and a table where we handle all the transactions. We don't believe in making things harder than they need to be for our neighbors. If someone wants to save a little bit of money every month, we help them set that up without any fuss. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We often know the families of the people who come in because we live nearby too. We don't wear uniforms or follow a strict corporate script when we talk. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes we have to explain the rules a few times to new members, but that's fine. We have the time and we don't mind the questions. Gorakhpur is a big city, but our corner feels small and friendly. We just focus on keeping our records clean and being here when people need us. It’s an honest way to work and help the neighborhood.
