Siddharth Incubation Foundation

We’re located over at Siddharth University in Kapilvastu. Being on a university campus means there’s always a lot of young people and energy around. Siddharth Incubation Foundation has a small space here where we do our work. It’s not a huge office, just enough for a few desks and some computers. Since we’re at the university, we follow the general rhythm of the school year. When it’s exam time, things get quiet, but usually, it’s quite lively. We aren't some big separate entity; we’re just part of the landscape here. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings and looking over different plans. It can get a bit repetitive, but we don't mind the steady work. We don't use a lot of fancy language or have big posters on the walls. We just have our work and a few chairs for when people come to talk. Kapilvastu is a nice place to be based. It has a lot of history, though we’re mostly focused on what’s happening right now in the office. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local canteen and talk about what needs to be done next. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us in our office at the university, trying to keep things organized and moving forward. It’s simple, honest work, and we’re happy to be here in the 272203 area doing it every day. We just take things as they come.
