Shramshree Nidhi Limited

Our small setup is located in Chandrika Nagar, specifically in the Chitauli area near Kushaha. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren’t from around here, but it’s a nice enough place once you arrive. The roads get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floor. Shramshree Nidhi Limited is basically just a few of us working in a room. We handle the financial stuff that comes with being a Nidhi company. It isn't very glamorous. There is a window that looks out onto the street where you can see cows passing by sometimes. We have some plastic chairs for when people come to talk to us. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but there is always a lot of it. Most of our day is spent typing things into an old computer or writing in the logbooks. People around here know us by name. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just regular clothes because it's more comfortable for the heat. We appreciate the quiet moments when the phones aren't ringing. It's a simple life running a business in this part of the country. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to wait to update things, but that’s just how it goes.
