Shivps Bakery Llp

Shivps Bakery Llp is located right in Shivpur, Sahabajganj. We are set up at C/O Uma Shankar Tiwari's place. It is quite near the S.B.N School, so we hear the kids during their breaks. The area is usually lively. We spend a lot of time by the ovens. Making bread and other items takes all day. We start before the sun comes up to get things ready. The flour gets everywhere, on our clothes and the floor. It is a simple setup. We have our counters and the cooling racks. Sometimes the heat from the ovens makes the room very warm. We just open the windows and keep going. Sahabajganj is a good place to be. We know most people who walk past our door. It is not a corporate office or anything like that. It is a working kitchen. We have to handle the dough carefully. If the yeast is not right, the whole batch is ruined. We do not use big industrial equipment. It is mostly just us doing the mixing and the baking. Being near the school means we have to stay on schedule. People look for fresh stuff at certain times. We keep our address simple and our work even simpler. We just focus on what is in front of us. Some days are long, especially when we have big orders. But that is how it is when you run a bakery in Shivpur.
