Sattvadelight Foods Private Limited is located at House No. 8/626 in the Bairihwa Ganpat Shai area. We are really close to the Basti Sadar Block Office, which is how most people find us. Since we are based in a house, it feels much more like a family operation than a cold office. We deal with various food items and the smell of spices usually fills up the rooms. Every morning we start by checking what needs to be packed for the day. It’s a lot of manual labor, scooping and weighing and sealing. We don't have any high-tech automation; it's mostly just us using our hands and simple scales. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but being near the block office means there's a good amount of foot traffic. Sometimes the local kids hang around the entrance when we are unloading stuff. We try to keep things organized but with food, there’s always a bit of a mess to clean up at the end of the shift. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company. We are just people from Basti trying to make a living by selling good food. Our desk is covered in papers and sample packets, and that's just the way it is. We take pride in the fact that we know every bag that goes out the door.
