Sanjay Bhagat

This is just the way things are run here at Balia Nawabganj. My name is Sanjay Bhagat and I’ve been working out of this district for quite some time now. It’s a local way of life and I don’t see any reason to change it into something it isn’t. People in Nawabganj know me and they know where to find me when they need something. I don’t have a big team or a fancy office with glass walls. It’s just me and the work that needs to get done every day. Some days the weather makes things a bit slow, but we just keep going. It’s a small place but it serves the community here well enough. I handle things personally because that’s the only way to make sure they are done right. You won't find any glossy brochures here. It is just straightforward business, the kind where a handshake still means something. Life in this part of the district moves at its own pace and I try to keep up with it. I spend most of my hours making sure the daily tasks are finished before the sun goes down. It might not look like much to an outsider, but it is my life and my work. I have stayed here in Balia because it feels right and the people are familiar. We just take things one day at a time and do what we can to keep everything moving along fine. That's it.
