We set up our place, Caringpaa Home Product Pvt. Ltd., right on Sahjanwa Road in Gida Gorakhpur. This part of town is usually pretty loud with all the trucks passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s mostly just a practical space where we handle our home products. We spend a lot of time moving boxes and checking inventory. The floor is usually covered in packing tape and scraps of cardboard. We aren't trying to win any design awards with our office. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes because the work gets a bit sweaty, especially in the Gorakhpur heat. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. People from around the area sometimes stop in to see what we have. We try to be helpful, but we don't have a big sales pitch. It’s just us doing our thing. Some days are long, especially when we have a big shipment arriving or going out. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. There is no corporate ladder here or fancy meetings. We just talk over the noise of the fans and make sure the orders are right. It’s a simple life running a private limited company in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We like it that way because it's straightforward and keeps us busy without too much fuss or extra stress. It's just home products and hard work every day.
