We are located on the second floor of Cross Road The Mall, which is on Bank Road in Gorakhpur. Our shop number is 7. It is right in the middle of everything on Bank Road, so it is quite easy to reach. Being on the second floor means it is a bit quieter than the street level, which we appreciate. The mall isn't exactly brand new, but it has a lot of character. We have a small office where we handle all the travel arrangements. It’s a simple space with a few computers and some maps on the wall. We don’t go for anything flashy. Most days involve a lot of checking schedules and talking to people about their plans. Gorakhpur is a busy town, and Bank Road is usually packed with people. We see a lot of foot traffic near the mall. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the travel business. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us up. We try to keep things honest and tell people exactly how it is. If a train is likely to be late or a hotel is just okay, we say so. It’s a plain way of doing things, but it works. We’ve been at this spot for a while and like being part of the Gorakhpur community. It is just a regular office.
