Rupali Tour

If you walk out of the Gorakhpur Railway Station, you’ll find us right across the way. Being situated right there means it gets very loud with all the horns and people rushing about, but Rupali Tour has been in this spot for a good while. We mostly deal with people who just got off a train or are trying to catch one and realized they forgot to book a ride or a hotel. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have a few ledgers, a couple of computers, and some chairs that have seen better days. Usually, it's just one or two of us here handling the phones and talking to walk-ins. We help with local car rentals or finding a place to stay if someone is new to the city. Sometimes people just stop in to ask for directions because we are so close to the station entrance. We don't mind. It gets dusty being so close to the main road, and the tea guy next door is always stopping by. We focus on getting things sorted quickly because travelers are usually in a hurry. You won't find any glossy brochures or fancy sales pitches here. We just book what you ask for and try to make sure the driver shows up on time. It's a simple way to run things, but it works for the people coming through Gorakhpur every day.
