Raj Eye Hospital

We’ve been here at Raj Eye Hospital for quite some time now, right near the Chhatra Sangh Chauraha. It’s a busy spot in the city, so people usually find us without much trouble if they know the landmark. The building isn't brand new or anything fancy, but we keep the rooms clean and the chairs are comfortable enough for when there’s a wait. Most days start early with the staff checking the equipment and making sure the lights are working right. We see all kinds of people, from students at the university nearby to older folks who’ve lived in this neighborhood their whole lives. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the morning hours, but we just take things one person at a time. It’s mostly about checking vision and helping people figure out why things look blurry. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. We know the regular faces and usually chat about the weather or the traffic at the crossroads while we work. The area around Chhatra Sangh Chauraha can get pretty loud with the rickshaws and cars honking, but inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and people talking. It’s just a normal place where we try to help folks see a bit better. We don't have a big fancy lobby, but there’s water available and plenty of fans to keep it cool during the summer months. People seem to appreciate that we are easy to get to from the main road.
