We don't go for anything too modern or sleek. It’s just a place to get the infrastructure work handled. Most of what we do is behind the scenes, making sure the technical stuff for building projects is sorted out. Katra Peran is always buzzing with people, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. We’ve got a small group of people working here. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department. We just know who does what. The space is filled with old folders and some newer computers, a mix of the old and the new. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’ve stayed put. It’s easier to work where you know everyone. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby. We just want to make sure the projects we take on are done properly.
