Ppragati Maternity Home & Surgical Clinic

Our clinic is located on Kasya Road in Kuraghat. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle maternity and surgical cases here. It’s a serious job, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside as calm as we can for the mothers and their families. The building isn't brand new or modern, but it’s sturdy and we take good care of it. We’ve seen many babies born in these rooms over the years. It’s a special thing for a neighborhood like Kuraghat to have. We aren't a big chain hospital with a lot of rules and red tape. We are just a local surgical clinic. Most of our staff have been here for a long time, so they know exactly how things work around here. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs on the roof. People find us because their mothers or relatives came here before them. We keep the equipment ready and the rooms tidy for the next person. Dealing with surgery and births means we have to stay focused on the task at hand. It can be a bit noisy on Kasya Road with the traffic, but once you step inside, we try to make it feel safe and quiet. We’re just local people helping our own community with the big moments in their lives. It's what we do and we've been doing it for years now.
