Even though the name says Panesar Construction, Signal Basti, Dimapur, we are currently operating out of Gorakhpur. You can find us at C/O Shiv Vastralaya in Girdharganj, Kunraghat. Our pin code here is 273008. It’s a bit of a story how we ended up with names from two different places, but that’s just how things worked out for us. We don't have a fancy office building. We share space and keep our operations simple. Girdharganj is a busy spot and being near Kunraghat means there’s always people around. We spend our days dealing with the usual construction headaches like late sand deliveries or broken equipment. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Our desks are usually a mess of invoices and site notes. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say two weeks. Sometimes it takes three because of the rain. We just try to be honest about the work. Being in Gorakhpur has its own rhythm and we’ve fit into it. We aren't some big polish company from the city. We are just local folks working out of Shiv Vastralaya, trying to get the day’s work done before the sun goes down.
