Pandey Mobiles

Our shop is located at UGF-22 in the Super Electronic Market on Reti Road. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we are right near the LIU office. Being in a big electronic market means there is always a lot of noise and people running around. Pandey Mobiles is just a small unit filled with phone parts, tools, and boxes. We spend most of our time hunched over a workbench trying to fix cracked screens or charging ports that stopped working. It is a bit cramped inside, especially when we have more than two customers waiting at the counter. We don't have any fancy decorations or comfortable chairs. It is just a place where phones get repaired. Reti Road is always jammed with cars and rickshaws, so it can be a hassle to get here. Most of the people who come to us are locals who know we’ve been here for a while. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait a few days for the delivery guy to show up. It can be frustrating for the customers, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We try to be straightforward about what we can fix and what we can't. It’s just a regular shop doing regular work for people in the neighborhood.
