Some days it gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons when the local schools let out and the streets fill up with kids. We don't have fancy offices or any of that glass-and-steel stuff. We just have a few rooms where we sit down and go through the books. People around Gorakhpur know this area well. It’s a quiet enough part of town except for the planes every now and then, which you get used to after a week. We started this because there was a real need for some extra help in the neighborhood. My staff and I just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. It's not a big corporate setup. It's just us. We try to keep things simple. If a student is struggling with a topic, we sit with them until it finally clicks. Sometimes it takes a few tries. That's just how learning goes.
