We are located right in front of the Sports College in Gorakhpur. It’s a landmark that everyone around here knows, so it makes giving directions pretty easy. The hospital was set up by Dr. Ashish Rai, and we’ve been operating out of this building for a good while now. Gorakhpur is a place that stays busy all year, and our street is no exception. We get a lot of people who come in because they saw the sign while they were heading to the college or the nearby markets. The research part of our name might sound fancy to some, but mostly we are just looking into how to help our patients get better results. The rooms are basic and clean, with the usual medical beds and chairs. We have some labs in the back where the testing happens throughout the day. Our staff mostly lives in the nearby areas, so many of us walk or bike to work when the weather is decent. It’s a community-oriented spot. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. We just have our names on the door and a list of when the doctors are available. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, which is just part of living and working in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We talk to the patients in plain language. There is no need for complicated medical talk when someone is just trying to get healthy.
