Navsrijan Micro Sewa Foundation

Our place, Navsrijan Micro Sewa Foundation, is set up over in Basharatpur, Gorakhpur. We’re actually operating out of Kamlesh Kumar Pandey’s premises. It’s a local neighborhood, and most folks around here are just trying to get by and do better for their families. Gorakhpur can be a busy city, but our corner feels a bit more grounded. We handle a lot of small-scale stuff, mostly related to micro-sewa work, which basically means we look at the little things people need. There’s no big glass front or receptionist here. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and folders, but we know where everything is. The heat in the summer can be something else, so the fan is always running at full speed. We’ve had people come from all over the GKP area just to ask questions or get some advice on how to handle their small finances. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more important than we are. We're just neighbors helping neighbors, really. If you come by Basharatpur, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a practical setup for a practical purpose. We’re glad to be part of the community here and hope to stay for a long time. It is a humble spot but it serves its purpose well.
