You can find us at 88L in Pratapnagar, over in the Shivpuri Colony area of Gorakhpur. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive city center. We are near Chilmapur. The building we are in is just a regular spot on the street. We don't have a big grand entrance or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through our daily lists. We handle things for the bigger name, but here in Gorakhpur, we are just a small group of folks keeping things running. There are days when the heat is just too much, and we all huddle around the one good AC unit we have. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If something needs to be fixed, we fix it. If a guest or a client has a question, we answer it as best as we can. It’s a very direct way of working. We have our routines, like who makes the tea in the morning and who locks up at night. The office has a lot of paper because we still like having physical copies of things. It’s not the most modern way to do things, but it’s how we stay organized. We’re just local people doing our bit in a quiet corner of UP. We don't bother with corporate polish or mission statements, we just work.
