We are located in Tegra, specifically in Ward 19, right near Dhanipur Chowk. It is a local spot where everyone knows everyone else’s business. Our office is simple and we use it to manage all the different things we supply to the people in the area. It is not a big corporate setup, just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep the accounts and the phone. Being near the chowk means there is always activity outside, with people passing through or stopping for tea and snacks. We spend a lot of our time coordinating deliveries and making sure the shopkeepers around here get what they ordered on time. Sometimes the roads are bad, especially after it rains in the summer, so getting things moved can take a lot longer than we would like. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that. We just try to be reliable for the people who live and work in Tegra. It is a family-run kind of vibe and we do not stand on ceremony with our customers. If someone needs something, they just come by and talk to us in person. We have been part of this community for a while now and we like being in Ward 19. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it is where we do our business every day. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of tasks.
