Makheja Steels

Makheja Steels is located right on Ayodhya Road, directly across from the Sahabganj Post Office. Being near the post office makes it really easy for people to find us, which is a plus. Our yard is usually full of different steel products, and there’s always a truck or two being loaded up. It’s a heavy business, so there is a lot of clanging and moving around of metal throughout the day. We don't have a shiny office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we keep our logs and take orders. Sahabganj is a busy area, and we’ve become a fixture on this road. The dust from the road and the heat of the day are just things we deal with. We’ve been handling steel for a long time, and we know our way around the different grades and types without needing a manual. It’s hard work, and our hands usually show it by the end of the shift. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We get the steel in, we organize it, and we send it out to whoever needs it for their building or project. The Sahabganj Post Office is a good landmark, and most people around here know us just by the sound of the yard. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here on Ayodhya Road.
