Maa Vaishno Telecom

Down on Station Road in Pipraich, we run Maa Vaishno Telecom. It’s a busy road, especially with the station being right there. Most people know us for phone related things, like buying a new SIM card or getting a quick recharge when they are running low. But we also do a fair bit of travel work. People come in to ask about train timings or to see if we can book a seat on a private bus. It’s a small shop, and sometimes it gets crowded with people standing out on the pavement. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how the systems work. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen Pipraich change quite a bit over the years. We keep a stock of mobile accessories too, though they aren't the main focus. It’s more about being a place where a traveler can get two or three things done at once. You might come in for a screen guard and end up booking a ticket to the city. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what the price is and how long it will take. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of working in this area. We’re just a regular shop trying to be useful to the people catching trains or living nearby.
