Lifegrowth Nidhi Limited is based right out of House No. 70 K Bargo in Rustampur, Gorakhpur. Our office is basically in a residential area, so it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We are in the 273016 zip code area of Uttar Pradesh. Being in Gorakhpur means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't a big bank with glass walls. We are just a local group focused on helping our members save a little money here and there. It is a quiet street for the most part, and we like that it feels more like a home than a cold office building. The staff here are all local people who understand how things work in Rustampur. We spend a lot of time just talking to people and handling the paperwork for the mutual benefit schemes. There isn't anything flashy about what we do. We just open the doors in the morning and get to work on the files. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. That’s just life here. We don’t spend money on big ads because word of mouth in Gorakhpur is usually enough. People come in, ask about their accounts, and we help them out.
