We are based out in Vill-Bajaha, right near the Gulhariya post office here in Gorakhpur. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city, but that is how we like it. Landpedia Realty Managers started because there were so many people around 273013 who needed help figuring out their land papers and managing who was staying where. It is mostly just us in a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of registers. Sometimes the fans do not work right when the power goes out, but we get the work done anyway. Most of the folks who come in are neighbors or people from the next village over. We spend a lot of time walking around the plots and checking boundaries. It is dusty work, especially in the summer months. We do not have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where the office is and they stop by when they have a question about a piece of ground. My cousin helps with the filing and I handle the talking. We have been here for a while now. This area is changing fast with new roads coming up, so there is always something to do. We just try to keep things honest and make sure the paperwork is sorted so nobody has a headache later on. It is a simple way to make a living, honestly. Just helping people out with their property stuff day by day.
