King Bar

King Bar is located inside Hotel President over in Golghar. If you know Gorakhpur at all, you know that Golghar is one of those central areas where there is always something going on. We are right there at 273001. Being part of the hotel means we get a mix of people coming in. Some are staying upstairs and some just live nearby and want a place to sit for a bit. It is not a complicated place. We have the usual setup you would expect from a bar in this part of town. I have worked here for a while and it is mostly about keeping the shelves stocked and making sure the regulars have their usual spots. The hotel itself is easy to find, so we don't have to give too many directions. We just tell people to head to Hotel President and they find us easily enough. Sometimes it gets busy when there are events in town, but usually, it is just a steady pace. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. We just open the doors and let people in. It is a practical spot for a drink after work or if you are passing through Gorakhpur. We keep the place clean and try to make sure everyone is treated okay. That's about all there is to King Bar, really. Nothing too flashy, just a bar in a hotel.
