Kilkari Play Way is right on Buxipur Road, tucked into the neighborhood. It’s a small place because we mostly deal with the little ones who are just starting out. You can’t miss the building if you’re walking down C-123/447 B. It gets pretty loud in the mornings with all the singing and playing. We have some toys that have seen better days, but the kids still love them. The rooms are filled with drawings taped to the walls. We don't have a giant playground, but there's enough room for them to jump around. Living in Gorakhpur, it gets hot, so we try to keep the fans going all day long. Parents stop by to chat when they pick up their toddlers. It’s a friendly vibe. We aren't trying to be some high-tech center. It’s just a place where kids can be kids before they have to go to the big schools. Sometimes there's a bit of a mess with crayons or spilled water, but that’s just how it goes with small children. We spend a lot of time helping them learn their ABCs and how to share. It's a lot of patience, really. The staff here has been around for years. We know the families and they know us. It’s just a local play way where we look after the neighborhood kids while their parents are busy. We keep things running as best as we can every single day. The building is a bit old, but it works fine for what we need to do.
