Keserwani Pariwahan is located right in the middle of Dharamshala Bazar in Gorakhpur. If you know the Narayan Complex near Bhart Milap Tiraha, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. We deal with transport, which basically means a lot of paperwork, loud trucks, and making sure goods move from one spot to another. It’s a bit of a chaotic area, especially during the festival season when the Tiraha gets completely blocked up with people and traffic. Our office isn't anything special, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. We’ve been here in Gorakhpur for a good while, watching the buildings go up and the roads change. My father used to handle things differently, but now we use mobile phones for everything. It’s a lot of coordination between drivers and the people waiting for their deliveries. Sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic on the main roads, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the business well. We spend most of our day talking to people on the phone or shouting over the noise of the bazaar. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s what we do every single day. We don’t really have a fancy story, just a lot of years spent working in this corner of the city.
