Bibek Mobile

Bibek Mobile is a small shop located in Kauriram. It’s not much to look at from the outside, but we have everything a person might need for their phone. I opened this place because I saw everyone in Kauriram carrying mobile phones but nowhere to get them fixed nearby. We sell chargers, screen guards, and those little things that always seem to get lost. Most of my day is spent sitting behind the counter, either talking to customers or trying to fix a cracked screen with a steady hand. It’s a local spot, so I know a lot of the people who come in by name. We don't have a big website or anything fancy like that. If someone has a problem with their phone, they just walk in and ask. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when people are coming home from work. It’s just me and one other guy helping out. We keep things simple and don't try to sell people stuff they don't actually need. Kauriram is a good place to be, and I like being part of the community here. The shop is small, but it’s ours. We stay open pretty late most nights because that’s when people usually need us. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the new phone models coming out, but we do our best to stay informed. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, but we tell folks the truth about the wait time and they usually don't mind it.
