It is a fairly rural area, so our office is pretty modest. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of project files. It’s mostly just a place to coordinate where the trucks need to go. The summers here are incredibly hot, which makes the outdoor work tough for the crew. We try to start early in the morning to beat the heat. There isn't much to say about us other than we work hard and we’ve been doing this for a long time. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate talk. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes the roads get flooded during the rainy season and that makes things interesting. We just deal with it as it comes. There is always something to fix or a new project starting up. We are just a group of workers trying to make sure the foundations are solid. It is a lot of dirt and sweat, but we are used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
