You can find Ishan Biotech tucked away in Adarshnagar. We are right behind the Durga Temple in Kunaraghat, which is actually quite nice because we get to hear the chanting and the bells during our work hours. It makes the place feel a bit more peaceful than a typical office. We deal with biotech stuff, but we aren't some massive corporation with glass walls and white coats everywhere. It’s more of a practical lab and office space where we do our research and handle orders. The temple is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us since the back streets of Kunaraghat can be a little confusing if you aren't from around here. We have a small team, and we mostly keep to ourselves. The building is an older one, so it stays relatively cool even when the Gorakhpur heat starts to get intense in the middle of May. We have a few desks, some specialized equipment, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Lunch is usually a quiet affair where we sit together and talk about anything other than work. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. It’s a decent way to run a business, and we like the community around the temple.
