Hi-tech Medicare Devices is based at Hi-tech House on Kasya Road. The address is C-103/24, and it’s right on the main stretch. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of honking and traffic noise coming through the front door. We have a decent amount of space here, but it always feels like we need more room for the medical devices. We deal with things like monitors and hospital equipment. Most of our morning is spent drinking chai and going over the list of what needs to be shipped out. The building itself is okay, though the elevator is a bit moody sometimes, so we usually just take the stairs. We have some regular customers who stop by just to chat or check out new equipment we’ve got in. It’s a local operation, so we don’t have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with packing tape and bubble wrap everywhere, especially on Mondays. Kasya Road is a good spot for us because everyone passes through here eventually. We’ve stayed in this building for years, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve pinned up. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving along. It stays quite warm here during the summer months.
