Our office is tucked away in Zohra Complex in Barhalganj. It’s a pretty standard setup for this part of town. Hi-tech Hospital And Healthcare Corporation Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are just regular people working in the healthcare field. Barhalganj can be a bit slow some days and then suddenly very busy the next. We spend our hours dealing with various healthcare needs and keeping track of all the records. The complex itself has a few other shops, so there is always someone coming or going. We don’t have any flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, it's mostly desks, computers, and files stacked up. We deal with a lot of local patients who come in from the nearby villages and the town itself. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how things are here. We aren't here to give a sales pitch. We just manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital and make sure the logistics are handled. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the routine goes. The coffee downstairs isn't great but it gets us through the afternoon. We just focus on getting through the list of tasks for the day and helping whoever needs it in the clinic. The building can be a bit cold in the winter so we usually have a few small heaters going.
