We are located on the third floor of AD Mall, which is a pretty well-known spot on Cinema Road in Gorakhpur. Our office address is in Purdilpur, right in the center of things. Being in a mall means there is always something going on. You hear the muffled sounds of people walking by or the faint music from the shops downstairs. We’ve been here since Harimohan and his sons decided to set up a proper place for the reality business. It’s a family effort, and that shows in how we keep the office. It isn’t very polished or modern. We have some sturdy wooden desks and a lot of folders piled up on the side tables. The windows look out towards the city, and you can see the traffic moving along Cinema Road. We usually start our day early before the mall gets too crowded with shoppers and movie-goers. It’s easier to get the serious paperwork done when it’s quiet. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We know Gorakhpur well because we have lived here our whole lives. That helps when people ask about different colonies or new developments. We just give them the facts and show them the maps we have pinned to the wall. It’s a straightforward way of doing things without any unnecessary fuss or complicated talk.
