Divine Fashion

We started Divine Fashion a few years back on Khajni Road here in Gida. It’s not a very big shop, just enough space for the racks and a small trial room in the back corner. Most days it’s just me and one other guy working the floor. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices stopping in during their lunch breaks. The traffic on Khajni Road can get pretty loud, especially in the afternoons when the trucks are moving through Gida. We mostly stock daily wear, some stuff for men and some for women. We don’t really do fancy window displays or anything like that. We just put the new stock out on the tables as it comes in. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. People know us as the place near the main junction. It stays fairly cool inside even when the sun is beating down on the pavement outside. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who needs it. It’s a simple business. We open up early, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customers. Sometimes it's quiet, and we just sit and talk about local news. Other times, like during the festival months, it gets crowded and we barely have room to move. We don’t have a website or anything, just this physical shop where you can touch the fabric before buying. It is just a normal local clothes shop.
