We are located at C O Er D K Rai, in 1 A One Pratapnagar, Chilmapur. This is over in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, zip code 273016. It’s essentially a residential address where we’ve set up our small working area. Pratapnagar is a familiar neighborhood for those who live around here. It’s not a commercial hub by any means. We work out of a room that’s part of a larger house. It’s a bit tight with all the files and the equipment we need, but it gets the job done. The atmosphere is very quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. You won't find any marble lobbies or glass elevators here. It’s just a standard house with a gate out front and some plants in the small yard. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea in the kitchen. It’s a very independent way of running things. Gorakhpur has its own pace, and we definitely follow that. We aren't in a rush to grow into some giant company; we just want to handle our current responsibilities well. People who come to see us are usually neighbors or local contacts who already know the way. If you’re looking for a big corporate office, this isn’t it. It’s just a practical, local spot where we can sit down and focus on our daily business without any of the usual office distractions or pretentiousness. We're just regular people working.
