Balaji Clinic

People around Tiwater Pure have been coming to Balaji Clinic for quite a few years now. It’s not a very complicated place. We just have a few rooms and the basic equipment needed to check on folks. When we first started, there weren’t many options for healthcare right in this immediate area. We saw a need and just kind of filled it. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors who have minor issues like stomach bugs or seasonal allergies. You get to know a lot about the families around here when you see them every time a kid gets a fever. It’s a bit of a small-scale life. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot is still written down because it’s just faster for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the clinic is clean and it serves its purpose. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in Tiwater Pure is enough. Someone tells a cousin, and then they come here too. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place in town. We just want to make sure if you walk in feeling bad, you walk out feeling a bit better or at least knowing what to do next. We aren't looking to change much because the way we do things seems to help the people who live here. It’s just a regular part of the day for us.
