We are set up on New Project Road in Nanda Nagar, which is part of the Kunraghat area. You’ll find us right near the Akash Vihar Gate. Hardware is a cluttered business, and our shop is no exception. We have shelves full of nails, hammers, pipes, and all sorts of bits and pieces that people need for their homes. It’s the kind of place where you have to know exactly which corner a specific bolt is hidden in. We spend a lot of time helping folks figure out what size pipe they need or which tool is best for the job they're doing. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the new projects going on, hence the name of the street. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of construction always happening, so we stay on our toes. The gate nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We aren’t a big showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical store where things are stacked where they fit. We have a couple of old chairs for customers to sit on while we go find what they asked for in the back. It’s a local shop through and through. We know the regular plumbers and carpenters who come in every morning to pick up their supplies. It’s just about providing the hardware people need to get their own work finished without any unnecessary delays.
